A former hat manufacturing and residential unit. Planning application has been approved for demolition of the side and rear sections of the property, to rebuild where necessary and convert the existing residential unit to create 11 flats (7 x 1 bed and 4 x studio flats). Currently the retained residential units are being used by NVQ students so that up to 8 students can be accommodated. When the remainder is developed this site will able to accommodate up to 20-25 students at any one time.
