Southampton NVQ Site

The Former Eastpoint Centre is currently a vacant secondary school and day care centre situated within 5.4 acres. Our proposals will be to carry out full demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment into mixed use site – a care home together with residential dwellings.

A 75 bed care home will be located to the site frontage onto Burgoyne Road and the balance of the site will accommodate a mix of family houses and apartments – totalling approximately 75 dwellings (34 houses and 41 apartments).
